When you receive your Bible, we would advise you to begin reading in the Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These books focus our attention on the person of Jesus Christ from four different perspectives. Matthew outlines the royal authority of the Lord Jesus. Mark, His humble service. Luke tells of His humanity, while John focuses on His deity.
If you are outside of UK/Ireland, you can easily find the Bible online. Wordproject.org is also worth a visit. They provide audio files of the Bible in many languages.
